vegan taco salad

*You might want to prepare the streetgrill burger ahead of time*

Equipment:
french knife
cutting board
big mixing bowl
tongs for tossing
chilled plates to plate salad

Ingredients:
2 cups washed, shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup washed, shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup of washed, diced tomatoes
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup grated vegan cheese (I used "sheese" medium cheddar)
2 homemade diced up vegan streetgrill burgers (or you can use vegan frozen or purchased crumbles), mixed and heated  with 1 TBL ground cumin, 1 TBL ground onion, 2 tsps chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp sugar or sweetener, 2 tsps lime juice or cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oregano)
crumbled tortilla chips to taste
hot sauce to taste
minced cilantro to taste





method...
mix all ingredients with tongs in a chilled bowl, place on chilled plates and enjoy!!
