macadamia herb cheez

Equipment:
Food Processor
Airtight Storage Plate

Ingredients...
1 cup roasted macadamia nuts (I'm sure raw would taste just as wonderful)
2 tsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 TBL dijon mustard
1/2 cup well cooked rice (I used basmati white rice)
as needed...herbs and spices to combine (I used oregano, basil, parsley and a tiny bit of salt, black pepper and garlic)

Method:
Place nuts, vinegar and mustard in food processor and pulse until well combined.  If this initial mixture is too dry and grainy, add water, 1 TBL at a time until creamy but not watery, constantly scraping sides of processor down with knife until mixture is well combined
Add rice and pulse until you can form into loaf or cheez ball.  Add herbs and spices, pulse and taste to your liking
Form into loaf or cheez ball and place in frig, uncovered, for around 45 minutes, then cover airtight for storage
Serve on crackers, veggies, top on pizza, ravioli filling, or just eat with fruit and enjoy
