colorado green chili sauce


1 cup green chilies, peeled, cleaned, diced (either fresh, frozen or canned)
1  cup tomatillos, peeled, cleaned, diced (either fresh, canned or sometimes sold as green salsa)
1/4 cup washed, diced green onions
to taste, cilantro minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
to taste, sweetener of choice
6oz - 8oz. vegan sour cream 
to taste, salt, black pepper
Place all ingredients, except salt, sweetener, pepper and cream cheese, into sauce pan and heat until starting to boil--add cream cheese, a little at a time, and whisk into mixture thoroughly, until do not have to use the entire container if the sauce sets up to your liking
Add salt, pepper and sweetener to taste
Store in refrigerator to use as topping over tofu bakes, enchiladas, burritos, tacos or rice
