smoked walnut spinach wrap

This is a BLT wrap, using walnuts instead of soy or seitan
Equipment:  Stovetop Smoker

Ingredients:
2 large vegan wraps (or large tortilla shells)
3/4 cup smoked walnuts (I used applewood chips)
1 or 2 swirls of agave nectar
to layer...fresh cleaned spinach
to layer...fresh cleaned, sliced tomatoes
to taste...vegan cheese of choice
to taste...I added a few tofurky slices 
to coat spinach....oil and vinegar or salad dressing of your choice

Method..
Layer the cheese, spinach, tomatoes, then walnuts with agave, and wrap very tightly, using a knife to push insides back in while rolling.  Cut in half and serve.
